Democrats Win BIG in Spencer and Gosport |

The Election results are in and posted under the "Election 2007" link on the left side of our site.
Several new Democratic elected officials join our team and are welcomed to the party as the Owen County Democrats SWEPT all but only one race this year! We are very proud of our candidates, proud of our party members, and wish them well in their new roles serving the people of Spencer and Gosport.
A thank you goes to Howard Zane Holsapple from Gosport who put a lot of effort into his race and was up against a tough opponent
for Gosport Clerk/Treasurer. We wish him the best of luck and
hope to see more of him in the future.
Our new officials:
SPENCER
Clerk/Treasurer = Linda Simmerman (re-elected)
Town Board = Dean Bruce
Town Board = Cynthia Hyde
Town Board = Jon Stantz
GOSPORT
Town Board = Ernie Arnold
Town Board = Wes Correll
