The Owen County Democratic Party held two caucuses on June 26th. Three candidates were selected to fill all three Democrat ballot vacancies for Lafayette Township Board. Keith Coley, Rick Shields, and Damon Summerlot join Lois Bixler (Lafayette Township Trustee candidate) on the ballot for your consideration this year. If you live in or have friends/family in Lafayette Township, please consider these excellent candidates.
David Smith filled the remaining Jefferson Township Board ballot vacancy. He will join Robert Leslie and Regina Gephart for the other two board positions and Mary Frances Hochstetler (current Jefferson Township Trustee running unopposed) on the ballot.
