SPENCER, IN - The Owen County Democratic Party announces plans for its annual Jefferson-Jackson Dinner, to be held Saturday, April 16th.  This year, our dinner will be held again at the Owen County Fairgrounds, located at 400 S East Street in Spencer.  Social time starts at 5:30PM with the dinner and program starting at 6:30PM.  Lois Bixler is our caterer.  The featured speaker will be former Indiana Speaker of the House John Gregg.  Tickets are $15/person and have been distributed to our elected officials, party officials, and candidates for sale.  If you would like tickets to purchase, please let us know and we'll take care of you.  Please join us!
